Just had my second visit from Paragon Pump Servicing. The customer service has been amazing and staff are extremely knowledgeable. The engineer spotted some errors in the way the system was set up and gave recommendations for putting it right. He also serviced the pumps, cleaned the channels and installed a back-up battery. He really knew what he was doing and seemed to care about our whole basement pump system running properly. I am so glad I found these guys!

Paragon absolutely know what they are doing. I would highly recommend using them over a regular plumber who is prepared to have a go. I've tried both, so this is the voice of bitter experience writing. If your sump pump fails you too really could be facing a flood.
Having had a system installed by another company, it was impossible to get a response on a fault check and service request. I phoned the manufacturer who helpfully suggested Paragon. Paragon were very quick to respond. The engineer arrived at the time agreed, was very clear in the work that he’d undertaken and explained everything. The site was left in perfect condition and I was assured that the fault had been fixed and everything checked. Paragon are on my calendar for the next service.
