Highly recommended by a former colleague for using for high end framing projects. I was not disappointed at all!! This was my first interaction with Paradise, and found them to be courteous, extremely helpful (especially as we had to hunt down a corporate format used 2 years ago!) Turnaround was extremely quick! Anticipated receiving the engraved plate after the weekend, and it arrived on Saturday morning. Of course, this meant the HAPPY ANNIVERSARY large format artwork was completed for my client in time for their 5th Anniversary. Very good service and I look forward to partnering with them again.

I had an excellent experience with Paradise Awards. Our awards arrived today and I couldn't be more pleased. The packaging of the award very nice and the award itself was exactly what I wanted. I worked with the sales team because I had a lot of questions, and the customer service was outstanding! The overall turnaround time was impressive as well. I will definitely use again and recommend to colleagues.

Easy, professional, and on time.

I had a horrible experience with this company. After receiving my order, I noticed the glass piece of the trophy had a powdery web-like residue inside the glass causing the glass to be foggy. Additionally, the face of the award had scratches all over it. I was told, “sorry that it didn’t meet your expectation” by the account manager. By expectation, I assume he meant my expectation to receive a non-defective product? I would think that is a reasonable expectation any customer would have. There was absolutely no ownership or sincere apology. He even followed up by saying that marble has imperfections. Scratching all over the face of the award doesn’t qualify as nature imperfections. And he couldn’t explain the dusty material that ended up in the glass. I didn’t have time to get a new trophy made, didn’t have time to get another company to do it, so I asked for a discount. When he came back with a low ball offer I said that I thought he could do better. That’s when he explained that he had no incentive, as he knew I wouldn’t be a returning customer. Apparently, this company has to have an incentive to do the right thing!!! Truly blow away by the lack of care given to my order, the lack of responsibility when the order was defective and the lack of respect given when speaking to a customer. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! In response to below: How do you explain a powdery webbed residue inside of the glass? Glass is clear. This is clearly some kind of oversight and defect with either the glass or the process around fastening the glass to the marble. I don’t want a free trophy, I just wanted a good product in the first place. I am sorry, I know that customer service isn’t your strong suit but it doesn’t sit well with me to give someone an honor for customer service with a defective trophy.
