You did a great job! There was some back and forth about which script would work best on the award, but we came together and agreed on the right one and the award looked amazing. We could not be more please with the courteous, prompt service, and response time in communicating in emails. It was delivered quickly and packed so tightly and safely that there was no way that award was going to be damaged. Great job you guys, we will definitely be using you again.

They came out looking great and didn't have to wait long for their arrival. Due to them already arriving in bubble wrap, it saved me money and time having to redirect and ship the total amount of awards (36) to my each person individually

THe product actually looks really bad. I understand there may be bubbles... but these are like seconds... discolored, uneven glass. And, the "etching" appears to be METALLIC SILVER, NOT ETCHING... and the silver is missing parts of letters and things and looks terrible.
