I received my touch up paint in a small bottle after giving only my registration number and the colour match was perfect even though my car is 15 years old. I bought a small artists brush to touch up stone chips but never needed it as the brush in the bottle was perfect for the job. Very pleased with the result. I was also kept up to date with progress on my order so good service all round.
Customer serivce was good and friendly. I ordered my touch up pen on line but inserted a wrong color (with correct code). I called the customer service next day. Problem resolved and I received the touch up pen earlier than estimated time. Correct color touch up pen received. Great!
I have no idea why they have so many bad reviews. My paint arrived within 2 days and it was perfectly colour matched. My car had been keyed and this covered the damage completely! Don’t let the bad reviews put you off, excellent paint and excellent service.

The touch-up paint that I ordered is excellent. You can't even see where it's been applied.
Ordered a paint stick giving them the paint code from the Service book. They delivered a paint with a different code and then argued that it was the same. The colour did not match. They are pathetically bad at accepting fault and just keep saying to mix the paint properly. Steer well clear of this bunch of charlatans.
My order arrived with an item missing. I emailed them and got a response within 15 mins (!) to apologise and tell me it would be sent out. Annoying that an item was missing in the first place, but the customer service has made up for it!
I input my car details and they still send me the wrong paint. Now they say I am not eligible for replacement even when is clearly their fault!!. Don't buy from them, is a scam!!
What a great service from PAINTNUTS ! After initially buying from a different seller that sent the wrong match paint for my vehicle i decided to give PAINTNUTS a try, a wise decision, paint match is absolutely 100% spot on ! I can honestly say that in future i wouldnt go to any other auto paint spray provider. I can highly recomend them, just provid your registration number and they'll send you the exact colour of your original paint. Many thanks PAINTNUTS !
Charged £3.99 for postage, then paint arrives loose in a jiffy bag, 2nd class for 87p. I find this profiteering from postage costs appaling and wont be using them again
The touch up paint is just beyond brilliant. I put in my Reg plate and it was matched exactly and perfectly. What could be more simple - the tiny mark on my vehicle is no longer visible. It really is amazing Perfect company and first class service - highly recommend - if you need to cover a scratch then look no further
Don't buy from this company! Parcel has been left on the street when I was in holiday. Sent them an email to find a solution and they said that I have to stay at home when a parcel needs to be delivered. "Please note when you placed the order you where made aware this would be delivered within 7 working days, we are not responsible if you are not at the property at the time of delivery, especially if you are not in the country at the time of the delivery." Also, paint doesn't match
The paint they sent wasn’t even a close match. Wish I’d read the other reviews on here before wasting my money. I paid them £30. I went to Halfords silver touch up pens only 6 pound and match is a lot better. You can check the reviews out at feefo reviews
Really bad paint , and after service. Paint never matched when I emailed for a refund they asked me to do some many things even after I sent them a picture. Clearly hoping people don't bother hence they know what there doing. Tony cooper

Steer clear! Rubbish firm with appalling attitude. The paint they sent wasn’t even a close match. When I left bad feedback they called me to ‘investigate the problem’ They asked me to provide pictures of the paint and the colour code plate on my car. It was soon obvious that they were trying to blame me for providing the wrong information. When it became apparent that it was their fault they refused to refund me. Wish I’d read the other reviews on here before wasting my money!
Absolutely brilliant service. Royal mail lost my order. Contacted the help team and had a replacement within two days delivered by courier.
I've read some awful reviews here about this company, especially their customer service. I ordered paint for my car today, as it's just been returned by a garage with scratches. However, the garage has said it will repair the damage, so I phoned Paintnuts to cancel the order. The person I spoke to could not have been more polite, friendly and helpful.
Do not use this company!! Ordered in August and still waiting! Misleading delivery needing a signature then went returned to sender claim they haven’t had it! Three months and they just ignore emails.
Awful customer service. The lady started arguing with me.
