I placed my order almost 2 months ago through Zavvi UK. (6 Sept) These are my tracking numbers: HUT1860GB53756340301 EH005150316NL The package destination is MEXICO. But shipment history never mentions the package leaving the UK. Shipment history says RTS MANIFESTED FOR RETURN TO CLIENT. And its been like that for a whole week now. What does this means? Will I ever get my package? Will this parcel go back to Zavvi? Have I been scammed? I contacted them first but their client support is outstandingly bad they keep asking the same questions over and over like bots. Please help.

So I have two packages sent through you guys, one was sent over a month ago actually and the shipping hasn't been updated since the 23rd of September. The other one is set to RTS for some reason. This is not the first time packages with you guys have been RTS without explanation. I sent an email but I am still to receive a response. Is shipping to Macedonia suspended? The tracking numbers are: HUT1860GB56308123201 and HUT1860GB15761843701(this one is RTS). I just wanna know what is going on.

It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed my order and my package has been stuck at Venlo site scan NL for a while now. I don't have any more details about the package, although it was supposed to arrive in the country. Tracking Number: HUT1860GB71612561401

I still waiting for my parcel and it was sent by seller on Oct 12 and the tracking information was stopped at Oct 14 and no more tracking information. Where is the parcel?? Why it is now already Oct 22 and still can't see any other information? Tracking number CUR5360GB49263793801

Hello, I am trying to figure out where my package is and why there is an error message that says “RTS CLIENT REQUEST - PARCEL DATA ERROR”. What is going on with the package! My tracking number is 28477060375 or BOO0613GB00666608001. Update 10/26: I contacted the seller and they have said the shipper said I requested the parcel be returned to sender. That is not that case at all and I am confused as to why you all would do that without contacting me or my consent to have the package returned to sender. Like why are you all so interested in scamming customers?

Buongiorno, vi contatto nuovamente perché il pacco non mi è ancora arrivato (Trak Number:Kit5805GB00085046801). Ho contattato il mittente che è NBA store e mi hanno risposto che hanno comunicato al corriere l'indirizzo corretto. In ogni caso l'errore è stato commesso da voi! Ho controllato il mio ordine e i dati che avevo inserito erano tutti corretti e non manca alcuna informazione. Siete stati voi a sbagliare a comunicare i dati a GLS quindi ora PRETENDO che siate voi a risolvere questo problema altrimenti mi rivolgerò ad un avvocato! Attendo una vostra celere risposta, in caso contrario avrete mie notizie molto presto.

Mail is updated to fcb Based on Mail confirmation I verified the same with seller. But no information is provided to seller too from couriers. May I have some updates that you can contact with seller and provide the more details? I have updated the seller details here too for reference. Hi, Thanks for the reply . I agree without any tracking ID you can't find info but while shipment is picked by courier from warehouse . Seller confirmed it is just packed by P2P trakpak. Rather that seller also don't know any info . Please help me with packed date 23 to 25/09/2021 or any reference number and also I updated recipient address and mobile number as per the shipping label . Please try to find me some route cause for this and trying to ship long the way to my place .

Je ne voulais mettre aucune étoile. Cela fait 10 JOURS QUE J'ATTENDS UNE COMMANDE QUI EST À VENLO DEPUIS LE 8 OCTOBRE ET N'EN A PAS BOUGÉ!!!!??? J'ai envoyé un mail à FedEx cross border il y a 3 jours. AUCUNE RÉPONSE ! !! C'EST INADMISSIBLE. Aussi peu de conscience professionnelle me met hors de moi !! Je me demande si je recevrai un jour cette commande ? NE PASSEZ JAMAIS PAR FEDEX !

Bom dia, Realizei uma encomenda no Reino Unido que teve o seu shipment dia 4 de outubro. Desde então está desde dia 11 de outubro em "site scan" em VENLO segundo o site de tracking. Gostaria de saber o que isto significa e porquê tanta demora. P2P TRAKPAK DA078325849PT Obrigada. UPDATE: chegou a Portugal dia 15 outubro.

I ordered an item on the 7th of October, which took a day to process, so was supposedly shipped out on the 8th. When I used my tracking code:(DOL0800US92278605801) it claimed that on the 13th of October the "Outbound export customs cleared" implying that everything has been checked and the package is ready to ship. However, it has been in transit for 6 days and all I see is that it is still in FONTANA, 92337, US. I do understand that due to Covid there may be some delays however I'm worried my package won't arrive before the 19th (which is when I need it by as I have an event to attend) and I would like an update on my package arrival as soon as possible. Hoping for a reply soon. Thank you.

My parcel order number HUT1860GB84907217001 was order over 4 weeks ago to be shipped to Ireland. It departed hut group on 20th of September and the last update it shows me when I track it says it’s held for customs inspection and this was on the 30th of September and there has been no change since??! Would really like to know how to fix this and get my items as I need them for an upcoming event!! Very little information how to inquire about delivery so hopefully I get a reply on this. Thank you.

My parcel SMI1160GB95950755501 (EH102017514JE) has been stuck at BASILDON, SS15 6TR, GB since the 29 September. I don't know what is going on, or why I haven't heard any news on wether my parcel is being processed currently or if something happened to it. I placed the order on the 27th and I believe it should have already been shipped to Austria. I'd like to know what has happened and why there has been a delay in shippment. Thanks,

Hi my parcel FIC HUT1860GB36717628501, shipped from the UK on 4/ 09/2021, and logistic information shows up it has arrived in Singapore on 21/Sep/ 2021, but no more further information shows and i still haven't received my parcel and retailer also no idea about this situation. can please help me to check on it. UPDATE: I finally got my package & my boots were damaged & not even the same color pictured. It would cost me $25 to ship them back, so I would lose over half my money just to return them & get a refund. Unbelievable. The best they could do was give me 20% back. Never again. I placed an order with Public Desire from the UK on Sept. 24th and received a shipping confirmation email on Sept. 27th. I’ve called Fedex and they say they haven’t even received the package yet, but on the Fedex Cross Border tracking link, it says it’s in Bensenville, Illinois and it cleared US Customs on Oct. 1st. The last update I had was Oct. 4th “Site scan” in Bensenville, IL. None of the Fedex representatives can confirm these updates, even though I can see them on the Fedex Cross Border tracking page. I’ve already contacted Public Desire, and they have sent my package out, so I have no clue where it is at the moment. I paid $9.95 for 6-8 day shipping and have had no update in 3 days. I didn’t even know that the shipping I chose was through Trakpak, but if I had, I would’ve paid the extra money for Fedex Express. As my first experience with Trakpak, I am very unhappy. I have already emailed FCB-infofedex.com with all my information, but have yet to receive a response. I just want to know where my package is!!

Redirection post déménagement non suivie L'adresse de point Pick Up n'a pas été transmise dans les mises à jour. Le colis est donc "En France" Super... P2PTrakPak n'est contactable que par téléphone à l'étranger. Impossible de savoir qui est actuellement en charge du colis en france ni dans quel relais il se trouve car l'info n'est transmise que sur un papier laissé a une adresse ou je ne suis plus...
