My parcel has been stuck on the Fedex Cross Border Process Centre at UK for over one month despite the fact that Fedex clearly stated in their site that they did not place any delivery restrictions or embargo going to Philippines. Furthermore, I've contacted them about this but they're very unresponsive. For those who are reading this, if your carrier is P2P, forget it; your package is gone forever. Edit: Clearly from their reply, it can be seen that the one who is replying to our reviews is a "bot" that reads only the name of the sender and copy-pastes from a list of automated responses. Furthermore, they are blaming the retailers for their own shortcomings despite the fact that we can clearly see our packages getting stuck at their end. They are clearly presenting themselves as an irresponsible mailing company.
"TRANSFERRED TO PARTNER CARRIER" what partner carrier fedex doesn't have it and last update was in queens NY the label says it was sent to Fedex in Miami FL what a joke CRC0067GB00594265001. Might I add this was shipped 10 days ago!!! No wonder it’s all 1 star reviews!
Catastrophique. J’aurais dû recevoir ma commande Marks & Spencer avant le 14 février, nous sommes le 23 et je n’ai toujours rien reçu. La commande n’a pas été mise à jour depuis le 15 février et semble rester bloquée sur site. Une honte.
Ho ordinato una palette il 10 febbraio ma è ferma nel Paesi Bassi. Doveva arrivare entro il 21 Boh. Strano, ho invitato una email a questi p2p. Che poi voglio capire, dalla Gran Bretagna, spedita in Olanda non so perché. Molto delusa. Spero di riavere o la mia palette, o un rimborso.

I placed an order with TM Lewin which was dispatched through P2P. Upon receiving the order the value of the shipment was wrong as P2P has inflated the cost of these shipments and it requires custom duties as well as delivery company adminstrative and handling charges. I had accepted the first shipment as I have been told this would be refunded back to me once TM Lewin rectifies this with P2P, however I have rejected the second shipment. P2p is now to return this shipment to TM Lewin, and there has been no responses to calls, emails to P2P customer services are getting undelivered.
