payment against invoice was not possible in the beginning, but was made possible. Email contact for this was very good and fast. Address information on the package was incomplete and it just luckily reached it's destination, because the postwoman knew my name. The building and room number that I had given was just added on the delivery note inside the package and missing in the visible address outside.

I was not aware that the items would be shipped from outside the UK. Consequently the wrong consignee VAT number/ EORI have been entered by the shipper on the shipping documents. This makes a huge problem for invoicing.
Ordering goods from Italy is complicated due to the complicated and sometimes absurd rules. However, I was lucky to be assisted so efficiently so that the order was done effortly and very quickly.
