I'm a first time user of Oscaro USA and am a very pleased customer. I ordered the parts at lunch and they shipped that day around 4pm. The parts were on my doorstep the next day when I got home. The parts were the correct ones for my car and their prices were excellent. Oscaro is now my go to place for car parts.

Ordered two wheel cylinders for an '89 Cavalier. Received only one - contacted the company and was assured the other would be sent special, in time for me to make the repair. It did arrive on time. I'm pleased with the customer service provided by Oscaro.

Oscaro had an excellent price on the part I needed. I called them for some help to pick the correct part. The phone was answered immediately and the rep was knowledgeable and friendly. Shipping was as expected and the part fits and works correctly. Will shop there again

I ordered oil filters for my 2007 Sonata and 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. Both have a 3.3L V6 and use the same filter,according to the dealership. But when I ordered ,It said I needed a different filter in my 2007 Sonata. Wrong!!! It is the same so Im out some money

Needed power brake booster for my 1989 Corvette racecar for an upcoming race at TMS. Oscaro had the OEM part at the right price & received the item within a few days of ordering. Will visit Oscaro for my next replacement part!

I believe I received a high quality part at a very competitive price and I received my complete order in a very short time frame. Didn't have to wait for a week or two for shipment.

The customer service here is excellent. I thought I ordered the wrong part, he showed me how to return the part, he then tried to look up for another part for me, they did not have so he sent me a personal email with a different number to help me search elsewhere. Come to find out when I actually took the part home it was right after all. Customer service spent a long time with me on the phone and really only thought it was going to be a return, Clay was fantastic!! Thank you for your great customer service and I wish more companies put stock into their customer service.
