I recently ordered 2 lift struts for my GMC rear window- the parts came but wouldn't fit, so Qscaro refunded my money and said I could keep the wrong part if I wished ( I sent it back anyway). Monroe couldn't supply the correct site but Oscaro tried. I finally found the correct parts at another site but I'll come back to Oscaro because of their customer service people!

I paced my order for shocks for my truck with Oscaro. When I received my acknowledgement from them, I did a quick review and realized that I had put in the wrong part number for one of my sets of shocks (4wd vs 2wd).
