I bought the wrong product unfortunately

I have not received my order which I placed in September, and even though I have written twice to customer services about it I have received no reply.
I was taking them probiotics after antibiotics, but nothing has changed, I still have problem.... Maybe they are fake, who knows, the only thing I know that I will never try these again.
The order process was straightforward. I can't comment on the product as I have only taken one tablet so far. It's a bit too early to request feedback!
I signed up last year for regular orders of Optibac gummies for adults ( there is a slight reduction in price by subscribing to repeat orders) . Good product and delivered as usual with email reminder and timely delivery . Happy customer.

Firstly, Optibac for Women, especially the older woman, is very beneficial indeed. Secondly, service/delivery is always prompt. Thirdly, if there's a problem it is sorted out courteously and, again, promptly.
