I can't cancel OpenDrive paid subscription. They claim that there is a "support link" below the user interface, but no such link is found. There are buttons that let you upgrade your account, but none to downgrade ostensibly because "To prevent unauthorized account activity and cancellation, you must send the cancellation request through the Support Center while you are logged into your account." There are couple of reviews online saying the same thing. Bordering on fraud. Also it doesn't work for me. Poor user interface and tons of bugs.

Really free 5 GB of online storage. I found this OpenDrive storage possibility in a magazine-article. it works fine and gives the possibility to share with your phone and desktop easily. even for "digibetics" as me. Easy to use, and easy to access. I like it very much and am happy to find this for free. Others stopped their service and now I have min. 5 Gb for free again.

I tried Open Drive, I liked the software and app, all worked fine. Just didn't like certain things about it. Phoned their customer support for help, just went around and round in circles with them. Sounded like the guy was stoned out of his face. I was calling from the UK and my phone bill was £87 extra due to phoning USA trying to sort this issue with them. Got nowhere. Asked for a refund, they instead took ANOTHER payment. Have been waiting over a month for refund. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. Still owed refund, plus I got charged for paying in $ as im in UK so another cost I wont be getting back. AVOID OPENDRIVE!!!

Don't buy anything from them. There servers are extremely slow, the desktop app is not working correctly, poorest service ever... THEY ARE THIEFS. They only want your money... They don't care about you or there service, they only want the money. And watch out, you're not able to close your account when you want it. you have to contact them. I never write reviews, en surely not bad ones, but for once i want to warn everyone :(.

I used Opendrive business for 2 years. It routinely had trouble when I tried to restore old versions of files. In 2016 when I cancelled by writing in a report ticket (their policy), they ignored it. I was unaware, since it was billed on a company credit card where I worked. A year and a half later I got a late notice, saying the CC was expired (good thing, or it might have gone on for years). I wrote them and called at least 4 times. They kept telling me they "were looking into it and would get back shortly". After over a month of this, I called and got stern with the person. Finally they responded with this message: "we don't have any ability to refund a charge that is over a year old" and then offered a credit for future services.

I have had a great experience with Open Drive so far. I have found it easy to use and it supplements my drive space as needed. Give them a try.
