WARNING ITS A SCAM COMPANY When you click onto government department Online filings comes at the top pf the page and you think its a government website its not because Online go to the top of the page because they pay google extra money to be at the top pf page, its deception. I have contacted my bank and had the payment to Online filing cancelled and i have told my bank its a scam company, On line filing office location is 1 quality court is a virtual office, they do not have a office in London. The company stinks DO NOT USE THEM

Predatory practices that should be banned. Recived a letter about filling my confirmation statement this year. First read the letter when in a rush, blatent attempt at sounding like an official part of companies house and wanted to charge £41 "Processing fee" for something you can do yourself in 2-3 mins. Grim disgusting company. I imagine they have fooled thousands of new business owners into using their service unknowlingly and uneedingly.
