I have been using them for as long as I can remember and have never had a bad delivery of live food from them ever not even in the coldest months, all food is still delivered with heat packs etc to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. They have the best prices and friendliest service I have ever come across from any retailer online or otherwise for food, dry goods and equipment with next day deliver available for all orders before 3PM and all delivery prices are more than reasonable. Bottom line is I would have no qualms about recommending this company to anyone no matter how large or small the order is
