Excellent bath - a joy to use - and reasonable price point, with great customer service and delivery time.

Ollie was very helpful in explaining the options that would suit us. He also was very quick to reply to any questions that we had. The tub came quickly once ordered and the delivery driver was very nice and helpful also.

The bathtubs are lovely and provide a relaxing bath, however the after sales customer service is awful. I paid over £2000 for my omnitub, which included the jets and lights. The lights stopped working after only using the bath a small number of times. This was one year ago and still no help from omnitub on fixing the issue. I have sent numerous emails and I get one reply saying they will get back to me, but then nothing! I have chased this throughout the year, but I get the same one reply saying they will get back to me, but then no response. I think this is shocking considering how much I paid for the bath. The below reply from Omnitub is rude and false. The bath was tested before tiles were placed around the bath and the light system worked for a while after, however the lights stopped working after approximately two months. Prior to this they were working fine. The lights now only go through three colours, when it should be numerous colours and sequences. I have informed Omnitub that it can’t be a installation or electric fault, because they were working fine before during testing and for approximately two months after! It is a problem with the lights itself. I have said I will have the tiles removed, so a new circuit can be fitted, but then I get no response! This was discussed with the owner last year, who said he would get back to me, but no reply! I am fed up of emailing Omnitub about this, which is why one year later, I have decided to put on this review. I have waited long enough and have given up waiting for any help! Their reply below has proven how rude they are and I now regret buying one of their tubs. Really sad.

Ollie was so helpful during the ordering experience, he answered all of my queries quickly. So happy with my omnitub deluxe, it is so luxurious soaking in the deep water. I’ve also noticed how well it retains the heat of the water. Thank you so much, I would recommend to anyone!

Great service from start to finish - very efficient, helpful and always friendly. Particularly appreciated the flexibility around timing of design meeting, which we were able to do once the kids were in bed. Lots of helpful updates on the delivery date too. Can’t wait to try out the tub once it’s installed! :)

Great experience all the way through. UK company that manufactures their own baths to a very high standard; really helpful all the way through the process from spec to delivery to the install queries we had. We did the install ourselves, was very straightforward with plenty of information available. We were thrilled with the bath (Omni Duo Plus) and guests were continually impressed as well. We used it as a combination shower/luxury bath in a very narrow bathroom (1.35m wide) where we otherwise wouldn't have been able to fit a decent sized bath. It puts other tiny baths to shame.

Customer specified that they were looking a Japanese Inspired bath and found the Omnitub guys online. In all honesty it was an absolute pleasure. Delivered when they said they would and had to be one of the most solid baths I’ve ever installed. Would definitely use them and their products again

Whilst on the phone with Ollie from Omnitub, he was able to assure me that the Omnitub Solo which I was looking at would fit in my small ensuite. Alongside purchasing crosswater fillers, I am ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE with my tub! The service was so great, Ollie even put a small rubber duck in my tub!

I am very happy with the bathtub itself, but I have had problems with the shipping and delivery. Since the tub, frame and waste were sent in two different parcels, it was considered as two different orders in the customs. Due to this, I was judged a double fee for the local tax and custums. In addition I needed to pay extra for the paper work, since there are two different transport companies handeling the delivery. The company that transported the bathtub to my home address did not mention that they do not help to carry it in. That caused an extra hazzle, because I was not able to get it in alone, so I needed to left it in the street many hours alone. The tub was also quite dirty after arrival, and had a bit weird smell. The smell seems to be dissapearing gradually, which is great. The tub itself is really great, but unfortunaly too much hazzle when ordering to abroad.

The product itself is good and seems a decent quality tub. I had issues with my order and contacted omnitub over several days to get very little help in return. I ended up having to get the workmen to do alterations at extra expense as my messages and and voicemails weren't sufficiently answered. Not ideal.

Perfect. Easy to place order, lovely guy on phone. Came within 2 days, looks brilliant and wow, so good to be in. Better than a normal bath. Perfect. Good price too. I needed to return frame and that was sorted easy too.

If like me you thought a bath was just a bath, think again! Who ever knew there was so much that goes in to a bath! This thing is a proper experience every time you step in to it. It stays warm for so long you dont have to keep topping it up, you can be fully suspended in the water (or fully submerged if you prefer!). I find I'm using much less hot water because of how good the thermal efficiency is. IMHO these are also great value as they aren't loads more than you would pay at one of the big retailers but comes with a lot more benefits and there's something about having a hand crafted, locally sourced bit of kit that gives this the proper wow factor. Great services from Oli and the team too, had a lot of fun buying it, and now even more fun in it! Thanks ever so much to Oli and the Omnitub crew! Highly recommend

Duo bathtub from Omni tub is great. Really great and original product, we really struggled to find a bath tub to fit our small bathroom and omni tub was by far the best option. Customer service were very helpful in answering all questions and made purchasing easy We have had the tub fitted over a month now and so far no issues, just a positive experience so far.

Pleased with the product. Had to persevere with communication. Great overall. Bath doesn't come with a waste which can be tricky to source elsewhere.
