Great bath. Just what I wanted! The quality is excellent and service from Ollie is great too. He obviously works very hard! For a 5 star, it would have been nice to receive a booklet or leaflet with the tub explaining how to take care of it and with helpful info/guarantee info etc. Adding this info to the website would be helpful too. :)
Looked up deep baths. Came across omnitub. Quite simply im amazed! The quality blew my plumber away! 10 out of 10 for website, bath range, helpfulness(spoke directly 4o them on facetime)! Delivery! Exceeded my expectations. Only had it in for 2 days now but I am totally pleased and definatrly recommend omnitub on every level!
This was my first order every with Omnitub and I couldn't have been more pleased. The site was really easy to navigate and with really informative videos I was able to easily place my order for everything I needed online. Their Instagram account also has some great ideas and inspiration. The order arrived exactly when we were expecting and was incredibly well packaged and protected. I am working on a large scale project and my established builders were very impressed with the quality of the tub, as was I. I honestly don't have a bad thing to say about the whole experience. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Wrote last Monday to ask if after Brexit they were still selling to France. Within an hour they said yes and asked which model I wanted and my address. I replied last Monday. And have heard nothing since -- it is Wednesday evening of the following week.

Amazing service from start to finish. Spoke to me on the phone guiding me through my choices before purchasing and bath was delivered on time and perfect. I’d decided to not buy the waste but then when realised I wanted it at 3pm before day of fitting, It was here the next day! As for the bath itself it is amazing quality and looks great! 100% recommend!!

Awesome, just awesome. Great, helpful customer service, Ollie was available for any queries both pre and post sales. Nothing was too much for him. The OMNITUB itself, well that is my favourite place to be. The size is just right for two, both standing and sitting. The very best bit was the face on my son when he tried it for the first time last night. He loved it and felt like he had room and didn't make any fuss to get in, he actually wanted to be in there and begged me to fill the bath (that's next time son)!. Thanks Ollie for making my sons life that much better with such a brilliant product. 😍
These are superb quality baths. Delays with my plumber means it has only just been fitted but I’m super pleased with how it looks. The plumber was impressed with the quality and ease of fitting.

Fantastic product and great customer service. Ollie replies almost immediately on whatsapp and provides updates and advices in a prompt and friendly manner. Got a first delivery demaged from the delivery company and a replacement sent the day after. Great buying experience and I am very happy with their omnitub.
