Great. Ordered a chair and it arrived when it was supposed to. Easy.
Ordered a table and chair. Both arrived on time. Chair arrived in good condition, was able to easily assemble. The table on the other hand came with the packaging damaged and most of the screws required to assemble missing. Contacted via phone and the screws arrived a couple of days later. Good products and good customer support.
Ordered a single desk chair, unfortunately it has not arrived and I have been given no update to if and when it might arrive in the future. I spoke to someone last week who advised it was definitely coming today, which it hasn't. Poor communication and customer service and no chair for my office...

The chair was not the size it was advertised to be. It was bigger! They didn't deliver on time. They delivered it a day early! The chair was not as comfy as they said it would be. It was better! I had never heard of them two weeks ago and I have already recommended them to two colleagues who are also after new chairs as old ones have been abused by wfh. Very impressed. I don't forget a good site! More recommends to come!

I ordered a single locker for my salon to go with my existing ones, the locker itself it really great and sturdy, very good quality however the process of getting the locker was a pain. I had to contact the company as I hadn't heard from them and I wasn't sure when it was getting dispatched as it had been a while! The person on Facebook was fast to get back to me and friendly and then I got a phone call on the following Monday only a couple of days later saying it would be delivered "late this week early next week!" Great! I got a phone call on the Wednesday from the delivery guy at around 4pm saying he had my locker and asking where I was. I told him I was sorry I had already gone home (because I didn't receive any correspondence saying it would be delivered that day otherwise I would have waited) he became frustrated that i obviously couldn't read his mind that he was arriving that day despite nobody telling me and when I explained I was expecting it late this week early next he said "yes!! Late this week! Like latest Friday"?? Whatever that means because it was Wednesday, not friday. He asked me if I'd be in tomorrow and I said unfortunately not but one of the girls might be in at 10 to which he responded "oh no that's too late for me!!" Alright mate, sorry lol. And then made vague threats about it being taken back to Manchester and being delivered the following week? So I said that's fine and hung up under the impression it was getting delivered the following week. Well I got a phone call at 10am the next day while I was at the hospital asking where I was as my salon wasn't open and was someone coming in. I said I'm sorry, I'm at the hospital if nobody is there then there's nothing I can do. He got frustrated again as he couldn't hear me and I repeated myself but added that it would need to be redelivered. He said "REDELIVERED??! IVE BEEN WAITING HERE TWO HOURS" I mean why didn't you ring me two hours ago then? Also, you made vague threats about taking it back to Manchester and delivering it next week and then turned up AGAIN with no notice? As soon as he raised his voice at me I said "okay thanks bye" and hung up on him. Then I got a call from someone at office boffins who questioned the delivery status despite choosing a company that just show up whenever they fancy with absolutely no notice and then made it out like It was my fault and said "I'll need to see what I can do" Honestly after that whole process I was ready to cancel the locker entirely because frankly what the heck?? Glad I didn't because I need it, however it you are a sentient being with any kind of life whatsoever and you actually leave the property you get deliveries to then I wouldn't bother ordering from here.
I was looking for a chair for my shorter colleague, the “Boffin” on the phone was very helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Chair arrived next day as promised and was easily assembled. So far so good. Will use again in the future. Thank you.
I bought a new office chair, when I started to assemble it I noticed some small scratches. I sent a photo to them on Sunday and got a reply at 8am on Monday (today) offered a % refund or to arrange a collection and replacement. I have accepted the % refund as the damage is superficial and the chair is in perfect working order. Also, the chair arrived the next day! Thanks
Ordered a desk in Feb with a guaranteed delivery. Desk didn't arrive so I called them and was told it was out of stock. Date pushed back to 8th March, but received no further update. Phoned them to be told that it still wasn't in stock and they just cancelled my order. Utterly useless
Having decided that my husband needed a new chair to sit on all day, when he is working from the home office, I looked on Google for a new office chair and came across Office Boffins. I found their website incredibly easy to use. After searching (a fairly big range I have to say), I decided to buy a heavy duty chair as he wanted something a bit more comfortable to sit on when working from home, similar to his chair at work. I decided on the Alpha Bariatric chair that they sell and I have to say, it is extremely well made. The delivery was prompt and the customer service team were very professional when I called up with a small question regarding the chair. I would recommend Office Boffins and will definitely be using them again when I need new office furniture as the experience could not have been better. Thank you Office Boffins !!!
Ordered a desk and chair for delivery next day as I had been let down by another company. Ordered at half past 4 and arrived by 11am the following day. Excellent service.
Brilliant, easy to order. Delivery was stated 4-7 working days, came on the 4th working days, so perfect delivery. All round very pleased.
