Delivery of a heavy table and benches was dropped off at another address as we were not in. We now struggle to remove the very heavy items from the neighbouring property. We asked Office Boffins to send the movers back to help, but all we get is 'this is not our problem'. Rude and poor customer service. Avoid.

Bought an office chair to replace a rubbish one which cost the same from another supplier. Delivered next day, so easy to put together and looks so sturdy. Am hoping it continues to be as excellent as it seems

Day before delivery I received a very poorly worded email telling me the couriers had ‘lost’ the item. The item was a big desk so not sure how this happened. When I called Office Boffins, they just passed the blame to their supplier. So which is it? A courier issue or supplier issue. Either way, I gave my money to Office Boffins so as far as I’m concerned it’s their fault. Anyway, delivery wasn’t now expected until mid-August so I was given a partial refund (I had to ask for this). Then delivery was moved forward to just four days after the original delivery (tomorrow). Great, right? I emailed Office Boffins very politely today to ask if delivery was still happening as I’d not heard anything since the failed delivery. I received the following response ‘yes’. No salutation, no sign off, just the word ‘yes’. Unbelievably rude and poor service. I would avoid.

i complained about the backrest being very uncomfortable they said that was first complaint about that very unhelpful in the end as i was getting nowhere i decided to just give up as i am 77 never again will i deal with this very rude company bad customer relations

Whilst the chair met the criteria, it was clearly too wide and should we want to return the chair they were going to charge us £35 + vat for the pleasure! What happened about the 14 days to return an item bought online!!! Shameful!!!! Plus then they would need to inspect the returned item/parts of the chair before releasing the funds!!! I bought the Focus Ergonomic Office Desk and Flex Mobile Wooden Office Drawer Pedestals, both in Maple. The items were accurately described on the website and ordering was very straightforward. I was kept fully informed of arrangements for delivery, and everything arrived on time. The quality exceeded my expectations; it was no problem to assemble the desk, and the pedestal just needed its castors and handles to be screwed in. Very happy all round - would definitely buy from Office Boffins again.

Ordered chair 15 May, delivered 14 June. 1st delivery cancelled as driver couldn’t find house despite my giving full address on online order form. 2nd delivery, week later, a mark had been seen, delivery cancelled. 3rd delivery, another week later, successful but after removing polythene, a mark and scuffing about 5cms long was on side of seat. Unsure about this company. My order was acknowledged by Office Boffins but delivery by Steelco Ltd on behalf of Gallus Online Ltd. Damages to be reported to Steelco within 3 days. Decided to accept chair as it is, because probably too much stress and time getting another delivered. Would not recommend

Adam was most helpful in helping myself and my assistant Zaid find suitable furnishing and ergonomic chairs for our new boardroom and i couldn't recommend this business more, they know how to go above and beyond! Thank you Adam and they entire team as well for a pleasant and easy experience.

Good, easy to use website, very quick delivery and in my opinion, a good quality product. I ordered an Ergo Mesh office chair last Tuesday and it came the next day. Easy to assemble and I was using it within 20 minutes. Great company to deal with.

Placed an order for a adjustable desk. Ordered the wrong size of desk. Asked to return the desk and receive the larger size in exchange. Received an email from Office Boffin's requiring a return charge of 60 Pounds.

First rate service. The item (a Christmas present of an office chair) was delivered on time and efficiently, within three days of ordering and in good time for Christmas. Thank you!

My review is in relation to Adam Wildman and office Boffins rather than the chair I ordered. I ordered a Portland Luxury Operator Chair on the 17th of November. Despite checking the measurements etc when the chair arrived, and we assembled it, it became clear it was very small. I'm 5 ft 6 and I didn't fit on the seat. It also didn't go very high. We then went to take the chair apart and the gas cylinder was suctioned onto the legs. I contacted Office Boffins and Adam contacted the manufacturer and forwarded instructions to take it apart. When we followed them part of the chair fell apart. I was super stressed by all of this but Adam calmly sorted it out and I now have a refund.

Ordered office chair, came the following day as promised. Quality as described. Unfortunately bag of screws was missing from contents. Contacted customer services who confirmed these would be sent out immediately, received them by courier within 24 hours. Excellent customer services in dealing with an issue, 48 hours from order to completion including dealing with the missing part, I was impressed.

I bought an office chair which is good quality but was unsuitable for me. Office boffins sorted this for me when i contacted them.

Excellent customer service made it possible to confidently order a filing cabinet which would hold our current files. Advice re collection of old cabinet was helpful too. Order placed midday Wednesday, delivery soon after 9am Thursday. An excellent company to do business with. Top marks!
