This was a phenomenal experience! Working with my agent Sang was care-free and expedient. She was extremely knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions and point me in the right direction so we could get this deal done. As a concept for helping people out financially, I can't say enough about how Noah was able to give me a chance to get out of my bad financial situation due to the Pandemic, and back on my feet and moving forward. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart, you not only helped me but my family as well.

Noah was fantastic! As advertised, fast, efficient, knowledgeable. My rep Julieta kept me informed along the way, no surprises, understood my goals and worked with me to get funded all well-within the 30-day window I needed from start to finish. For my situation, long in real estate assets, short on cash, challenging credit score/situation this solution was ideal. Compared with traditional lenders these folks ‘get it’ and know how to get things done.

Gotta give them 5 stars because that’s what they need to get their raises and such. You gotta. Worker solidarity. Process was relatively easy. They were quite responsive. A few times I had to show them where I had already uploaded a document they said I needed, but when the error was pointed out they quickly found the documents and got me on my way. Signing of documents was easy to arrange, and the funding was super fast. Def recommend if you’re in a crazy housing market and already own a house that keeps adding value/equity :)

I am 18 months into my agreement and am trying to refinance my pre-existing debt as clearly allowed under my Patch (now Noah) agreement which states: Owner rights: - Owner can refinance the Property's existing debt anytime, up to the Maximum Authorized Debt amount listed in the Option Agreement However, the Noah agent has taken a position that this only applies to a "rate-term refinance" (a term which appears nowhere in the Patch agreement) and that any refinance of the existing debt triggers the option - meaning that I would need to pay off Noah in order to refinance the existing debt. Further, the agreement states under “Allowed Loans” that at any time “Owner shall be permitted to obtain additional Approved Subsequent Loans”, which clearly are not limited to “rate-term refinance”. So now I need to take time off from work and get a lawyer involved. UPDATE: The Noah agent was willing to bring her manager into the loop, and after a couple of discussions it sounds like we are back on track. Not the simplest path, but they were responsive. We'll see.

The BEST shared-equity Lender. Payoff and payout are thoughtfully and meticulously disclosed with full transparency. Sliding scale shared equity based on time/length with discount for early payoff. Excellent customer service with regular updates and the entire process was completed within a month!

Their website sucks. I had to use 3 different email addresses bc the page kept refreshing and it would make me start over—but I couldn’t use my email address OR log in with my email address. Super irritating. Other than that they seem legit and like they’ll be able to help us access some of our equity. Just don’t try to apply on mobile while uploading documents etc; it turns into a mess.

Julieta Esparza did a wonderful job, and all of the support services were great. I qualified for a loan with Noah after being turned down for a reverse mortgage, after 3 months of gyrations. It took approximately 1 month Noah. I am 78, and wanted to stay in my home, it was getting difficult on my retirement income. So the equity loan allowed me to stay. 10 years of equivalent rent in this neighborhood, would have cost me $360,000.
