They offer a free service, but they hate you for using it. Draconian bureaucracy wasting people’s time with pointless tasks just so they can keep trying to sell you something. Monetary penalties for forgetting to accomplish said tasks. Just be honest and call it a demo!

Apparently, the technical support person Christian did a good study about my issue, knew our concern and found out the best solution for us. Christian gave me all the information I needed and even told the answer I wanted to ask in the next email. I hope all the technical support people work like Christian, the way Christian helped us was in a very efficient way.

Da mesi ho un DDNS che con alcuni provider è associato ad un IP diverso, con tutto quello che ne cosnegue. Ho l'abbonamento a pagamento e ho verificato più volte la corretta associazione sul firewall. Ho anche adeguato l'account con l'autenticazione a due fattori. Apro un ticket per segnalare il problema e mi rispondono che l'host DDNS segnalato non esiste. Questo senza nemmeno verificare sul mio account gli HOST DDNS attivati.

I want to point out how great the NO-IP technical support is. They were very patience, informative, and most of all, very kind during my troubleshooting sessions via email. I would recommend NO-IP with a 10 start rating. Jenny and Geraldo, along with others, really made me feel that I was an important client and was willing to help and guide me through resolving the issue. TOP NOTCH SUPPORT!!!!!

My experience was gratifying because when I received emails about the use of more hosts, I did not understand correctly, giving authorization of debits of two contracts on my credit card. Talking to Jose B. from support, he promptly answered, canceling the incorrect plans, keeping my current contract, of monthly payment. This shows a serious company, which cares about solving the problems of its customers.
