Ich habe ein defektes Produkt das recht teuer war geliefert bekommen und schon unzählige Male versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen und es zu reklamieren, allerdings werde ich einfach komplett ignoriert. Nie wieder bestelle ich dort!!!

Leider scheint das Unternehmen keinen Kundenservice zu haben. Bestellung kommt unvollständig an und Kundenservice reagiert über zwei Wochen nicht. Unklar, ob das Unternehmen überhaupt eine Lösung herbeiführen will. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Retoure Funktion auf der Website funktioniert nicht, Emails werden 3-4 Tage später beantwortet, allerdings ohne Retoureschein geantwortet, Telefon nicht besetzt. Jetzt warte ich seit über einer Woche auf den Retourenschein. Ist das eine Masche, um den vollen Betrag berechnen zu können?

My bank account was charged for the order, but the website glitched and did not give me an order confirmation. I raised the case with customer service only to be ghosted with no timeline for resolution. There is no possibility of raising a dispute with my bank as the funds were definitely transferred to the vendor. Waste of money and effort dealing with niche beauty, I will raise the case with the consumer protection authority in Denmark. Correspondence reference: ID-14490888 Update: following the bad trust pilot review, niche beauty sent me the tracking number on 9 August. However, the last day to pick up the package was 8th August. Therefore I physically had no chance to pick up the package. No updates on the order in transit were sent to my phone number or email prior to communication on 9 August. Niche beauty are now refusing to return the money paid for the order until they locate the package returned to sender without any indication of refund timeline. Any decent company would acknowledge their error and refund the order immediately, while dealing with a package returned to sender on their end alone. Not to mention the supposed DHL tracking number sent to me turned out to be actually PostNord which I only figured out by calling different courier companies… This continues to be a despicable experience.
