Great product my cats love using it. Always delivered promptly. Customer services very polite and helpful should you have a question or problem about the range of products.

Delivery on time. I like the litter except for the tracking on the paws.

So, I bought some back in January when I first adopted my cat, and it was good but it tracked a lot on his long fur so I switched to pellets. All through summer he went outside, but now it is cold and wet again and he wants to use the indoor facilities. He took one look at the pellets, gave me the side eye, and peed on the carpet. Basically, he refused to use the box until I caved and got him the fancy stuff again! So it is a little expensive and I have to hoover more often, but it is nice on my boy's paws, easy to scoop, smells good, and lasts a long time. I also like that it is compostable, since I have space to have a dedicated poop heap. Probably worth the money overall.

The website is really easy to use, and very easy to move Delivery Dates and frequency of subscriptions, and the cat litter is very cost effective.

Great stuff. First time I’ve used clumping litter. It lasts so long and so far more cost effective than any supermarket brand that needs to be fully replaced every week. My kitty loves it. It does track but I have the litter tray out on the patio so it’s not so bad when she comes in the house. Ordering and delivery has always been easy and they offered lots of discounts when I was a new customer.

Best cat litter plus lasts for a very long time. Easy to clean out the cat trays and because it lasts for a long time it's economical.

Great product, less mess and odour

Quick delivery service and the product is brilliant. I was dubious because it's so much more expensive than other cat litters, but it lasts absolutely ages, making it more economical. There's much less waste to dispose of too. Highly recommended.

Little goes a long way, also pretty good at keeping smell down. Did notice cats were a bit wary of it, but got them used to it by mixing with a bit of their old litter.

I used Natusan with my last cat who died last December. We now have a new rescue kitten, and didn’t think twice about which litter to use again.
