I love the product, it's certainly premium but it goes so much further than normal litter and doesn't stick in a big solid lump to the bottom of the litter tray. Quick dispatch and delivery arrived on time :-)

Honestly the best cat litter I've ever used! I used to have to clean out the tray fully at least twice a week and it could've done with more. using Natusan with 2 cats I made a bag last the month and NO ODOURS except when my cat didn't cover up after herself. For me, it was the urine that was the worst, the poo is easily removed from most litter and once done the smell goes but urine spreads and you can't always remove it all easily. Natusan however, clumps so wonderfully and even if you don't get it all out the odour control is amazing. The sustainability factor is also a big win for me. It's expensive compared to what I was using but I tired to go back when I ran out and one day later I ordered my next bag the smell was unbearable more so because I knew it didn't have to be that way.

It’s the worst company I ever ordered from them because I ordered a 40L and ended up carrying it from the post office until Home even though I did put my delivery address and when I called the customer service she said I’m gonna mention it next time when you do your next order to deliver it to your home address. This is ridiculous to let a woman carrying a 40L box from the post office to home as long I did put my home address, the customer service was bad and DPD too 👎

Delivery very quick and efficient, once I have tried the Wheat version I can add another review. Also, thank you for the discount refunded after I forget to add the discount code when ordering, great customer service, more companies should learn from this great service experience.

Fab litter and the only one ever tried that really doesn't smell! I've tried wheat and wood and both are amazing
