Natusan uk is great the reason it has 4 stars is because they use Evri for delivery and they can take anything from 11/2- 2 weeks to deliver.

Honestly one of the better biodegradable kitty litters we’ve tried. Clumps really well and doesn’t smell at all. The welcome discount made it affordable enough so we bought 3 bags, but not sure if we will buy again in the future for full price. Down 1 star only because of this!

Recieved the 50% discount through my pets chip portal. Thought I'd check it out. The price seemed in line with other products, so I though I'd have a try. Everything was extremely simple, I also signed up for the subscription. The items arrived promptly and when I unpacked the items I was taken back by the minimalistic packaging. Plain white(ish)/off white - with the name logo on the top. Done. It's actually very refreshing to see! No big marketing production of 'happy cats' just a does what it says on the tin product! Third big tick ✅ The next big wow and I must say wow! Is how well it absorbs without the concrete after affect! Unlike the one where you're scraping for dear life whilst also trying to protect your face from any unwanted kitty missiles! As a repercussion of using such force! Or the other type of litter where you disturb the setting and there's already a plum of grit and kitty smell and you just feel the dirty air circulating with the strong stench. There was a favourite watering spot, if you know what I mean in kitty's tray - that when I moved the clump to clean the litter was a little damp underneath, I just flicked some of the dry stuff over and hey presto - absorbed! With NO SMELL!!! NO AMONIA!!! I must say of all the varieties of cat litter I've used I didn't expect them to do what they say. I approached with a pinch of salt... Because the price was still worth the trial being honest - Especially in comparison with catsan etc. which we predominantly use. However so far - there's no negatives to this product!!! Just buy it.

It's not the first time we order Natusan. It's the first litter that lasts so long and neutralises the smells! The only thing that is not perfect is the litter tracks and there are tiny bits around, but still don't want to go back to using other litter brands as the advantages completely outweigh this one downside for us. This time we have ordered their new range of wheat litter which is supposed to track less.

Good communication, reliable information

I have been using Natusan wood based (by product) cat litter for over a year now and it is excellent. All cat litter tracks and Natusan is no exception but the benefits of using this particular cat litter far outweigh any small issue with tracking! I have yet to try the wheat based litter but will do so soon.

Ordering and delivery went smoothly so can't really comment on company but the product is awful. Worst cat litter I've trued. It tracks everywhere, it sticks to everything, the cats the floor, soles of your shoes. It tracks even with huge cat litter mat. Only buy if you don't mind cat litter throughout your home

Rapid and efficient delivery

Competitive price for good quality cat litter. Cars love the soft feel. It has great odour and liquid absorbing qualities and lasts for ages. I'm definitely a convert!

Easy to use and keep clean but the cat didn’t like it much and it scattered on the floor around the litter box, the particles are too small.
