I can't deny the litter is fantastic, but very overpriced. I completely understand that prices required increase, but on my last purchase, 3 bags cost me £33 which is now £42! They offer bigger discounts for new customers but nothing for existing apart from bulk buying or subscriptions. If I have to accept their increases, maybe Natusan should consider the cost of living and offer promotional periods or loyalty programmes. Loyal customers hold the highest value.

Great cat litter, love how it clumps everything especially pee which makes it incredibly easy to clean and remove for longer lasting litter! Rather than a litter box that needs to be fully replaced every week. Love that it is sustainable as well. Would consider a subscription if the price was lower however.

We started using Natusan wood when our cat was around 9 months old. He took to it straight away. We had to temporarily use wood pellets after his castration much to his dismay (the change in litter, not the snip we hope) as soon as his Natusan was back in he was happy. There is a fair bit of tracking but nothing a little sweep/hoover can’t fix. Recently we decided to try the new wheat litter, he initially tried to eat it! There is a lot less tracking with this but it is harder on the paws. We ended up having to sprinkle the remainder of the wood on top. So once finished we’ll go back to wood.

Really like the cat litter and would buy again but the delivery was awful visa DHL. They are really poor in my area and can't rely on them to start a subscription

I was not expecting sawdust rather than wood pellet cat litter - obviously that was my error. I will not be buying it again as it is messy and has been trodden all over by my cat. I am very grateful for your kind refund of the cost of the litter - I didn’t ask for this and so it was especially welcome!

I would have loved to write about how great Natusan Wheat is (because it is) but between buying my first bag and now - two weeks - the price for a bag has gone up by £3, hitting territory where I will now refrain from recommending the product as it's now just not worth it and just another overpriced 'world's best cat litter'. I honestly don't understand how a byproduct from wheat milling can be flogged at such outrageous prices, in this day and age, with such steep und unjustifiable price hikes. Moving from 5 stars to 2.

I bought 4 bags of Natusan cat litter. Struggled to get though it as made so much mess everywhere. It's just like sawdust and is really only fit for using outside with rabbits and guinea pigs. I abandoned using it after almost 2 bags. But recently as I was running out of the new litter I am using, I had to revert to Natusan again. Exactly the same problem - mess everywhere. So I have 2 bags unused and waiting to give away to a friend with outdoor pets. An expensive mistake!!.......

It’s easy to criticise products… far harder to give praise. This product works as specified and we are impressed by its clumping ability.

The deliveries arrive quickly. I can adjust the quantities easily.

I love Natusan, using it since years for my first and now second kitty. Happy with customer service too. I wish them to reactivate waste collection again soon:)
