Well I was pleasantly surprised how easy everything was with no delivery fee and the speed of delivery service. Excellent.
I had to raise 2nd complaints in a row because delivery drivers are too incompetent to deliver a package from A to B. After promising to speak to their customer service team to ensure this would never happen again, it continues to occur. I would give them zero stars but I'm forced to award a star so there you go again.
