I purchased two items one of which I was happy with, the other, soup sachets, tasted so bad. I was not able to drink it and had to pour it down the sink. I wrote to the company to tell them and to ask what they could do regarding a refund, or a credit. A week later I still have not had a response. I gave them feedback not to sell the item as it tasted so bad.
