Our builder recommended Natural Stone Online and we weren’t disappointed. We got in contact with Matty who kindly invited us to the warehouse to view some samples. He took us through various options talk us through the pros and cons for each option (especially having 2 small children). The option we went for is an incredible quality stone, is fantastic quality and was far better value than a lot of other options we looked at. Matty was super helpful throughout the process even sourcing us a local delivery driver. Even months after installation he was providing advice and support on taking care of our new kitchen floor. The customer service we received was 5/5 couldn’t speak higher.

From start to finish Matty was brilliant explaining everything I needed to make a decision and being totally organised for the delivery. When we needed extra stone, we ordered the minster limestone, Matty went out of his way to get the extra we needed in super quick time. Highly recommended in fact already recommended to my sister! Would definitely use again.
We chose the minster limestone to cover the whole of our sizeable extension including an outdoor terrace. The stone was great quality with beautiful variations and the excellent service didn’t stop at the point of transaction. Natural Stone were a well organised supplier of the paving slabs for a substantial patio at our house in Kent. The price was very reasonable and Matty was very easy to deal with and extremely helpful. The Indian limestone stones I ordered arrived in great condition and out of 15 palettes only a handful of stones were damaged - one usually expects 10%. The quality of the stone was fantastic. I would have no hesitation in using Natural Stones again or indeed recommending them to anyone else. A genuinely first class establishment.
