Fabulous tiles. Absolutely thrilled with them. There were a couple of broken tiles which were not visible on the pallet when they were delivered and one cracked as we lifted it. They were really helpful when I called to discuss my options and arranged a speedy delivery for some replacements as we had the kitchen fitter coming so we needed to finish the job on schedule. Such a refreshing experience as they were so accommodating.

We chanced upon the warehouse as we were looking to purchase porcelain but after looking at the display and a chat we were convinced to turn to natural stone. Now the patio is finished we are pleased with our choice. Advice was given in a friendly manner . Would not hesitate to recommend natural stone.

Natural Stone have a great selection of stone flooring. The quality is amazing and when we ordered we had lots of help and advice with adhesive and sealant which they also supplied us. Great instructions for the installation of the floor too. We will use them again for any further projects.

I would give this company 10 out of 10 for customer service. They were head and shoulders above similar companies I considered. The marble tiles (polished citadel Bianco) are beautiful and of superb quality. I dealt with Matty who had an in depth knowledge of the product and gave excellent advice. Matty was always available to speak to and actioned things promptly. The tiles were competitively priced and delivery was seamless. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
