I am a private purchaser. I ordered parts from NTP and was informed my order had been dispatched as soon as I completed the transaction and delivery should be 2-3 days via Royal Mail ( small order) . My order was delivered the next day, how about that for service. My only complaint is that I contacted NTP via their website to compliment them on their customer service, but had no direct reply, never mind they are probably busy completing orders.
