The rigid bars for the back of a Mercedes Luton didn't work, the technical team advised a size. This arrived, sent back as too big. Then the second one was sent, the smaller size. Which also didn't work. Nice team, but product knowledge didn't work in our case and they dont have some for a Merc Luton body! Very annoying. We gave the measurements of the inside width and still had the wrong ones sent twice. Update: The measurements we gave, you told us what to order!! Then when we got them the rigid part was the internal width we gave, which doesn't allow for the adjustable part to push outwards. The first one we ordered was too big and that was also your recommendation. It's terrible that your take no responsibility for the advice being wrong and the parts not being right!! Such a bad company. Totally not the case that we didn't provide measurements at the time of ordering. Your replies are total lies!
