Bought 8 lights in two sets of four. When the second batch arrived one of the boxes was badly damaged. When the light was installed it didn’t work so was probably broken in transit, I took a photo of the delivery just in case. Contacted National Lighting and dealt with Dina. Very helpful and after sending the picture of the damaged box, she arranged a replacement which turned up the next day. Am pleased with the lights as they look really good, but more impressed with the customer service, well done Dina.

I placed an order from this company and a lovely lady T Delaney dealt with the transaction. I found her customer service to be excellent and she is certainly an asset to the company. I would highly recommend this company for both there products and the service they offer.

Amazing customer service. Purchased a load of light fittings for various rooms and one developed a fault. Reported to customer service and they determined a faulty unit and one was sent out immediately.

Recently purchased all lighting for my new property. Absolutely delighted with quality, price and service. I just ordered 3 shades for an elderly friend in a sheltered housing complex. She said only 2 of 3 had arrived. I emailed National Lighting to advise them of the shortfall. It must have been noticed as it arrived the following day. My friend was also delighted with her new lampshades. Great service.

Bought wall lights and matching pendant which look very elegant. Had a problem with the bulbs popping but they were replaced the next day f.o.c. Any questions I asked them were immediately answered. Great service and would definitely buy from them again.

I recently purchased 6 downlights (spotlights) for my man-cave from national lighting. The price was competitive and the products were delivered very quickly and are exactly as described. We were looking for a replacement part for a light we purchased from National Lighting. The response to my initial email and the speed I received the replacement was exceptional. I don't normally write reviews but the customer service from Tina Delaney was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with one of the led drivers on my patio lights. 1 email and a quick phone call had a new one delivered. Would definitely recommend them. Hello Tina, the transformer arrived today and the lights are now working fine.  Thank you for your help.

I ordered a couple of LED battens to improve the lighting in my garage. They were very competitively priced - and they arrived a couple of days earlier than predicted. Unfortunately one didn't work. But a call to Tina resulted in a replacement being dispatched very quickly - and again arrived earlier than predicted. I am very pleased with the lights and delighted with the brilliant service! I will have no hesitation in using them again. I thoroughly recommend them to others.

Bought 3 post light June of 2020 great product . Unfortunately I tried my light last weekend and one wasn’t working . My electrician couldn’t find an issue with the unit . I emailed National Lighting and there response was brilliant. Just a couple of emails and a new light is on it’s way . Would highly recommend this company .Thanks Tina for your professionalism.

My bathroom LED light fitting failed after six months of use. I called customer service and reported the fault. My new, free of charge replacement fitting was delivered two days later. The professionalism of the customer service team was second to none. Thank you

Excellent customer service. There was an issue with delivery which was not National Lightings fault. I emailed them with my concern and received a reply immediately from Tina and also a telephone call and the issue was resolved the next day. Very pleased with them and their products and will certainly buy from them again.

Great company to order from, not just for product and pricing, as there are many online electrical supply options online, but it was the service that stood out. Goods arrived quickly and well packaged. I realised on receipt I had ordered things I did not need and though mid lockdown customer service were extremely helpful and efficient. My order of patio lights was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, there was a problem with them which I referred to Tina on the Helpdesk. She liaised with her tech team and, after some emails and phone calls to discuss a few potential solutions, she arranged for a replacement unit to be despatched.
