The customer service representatives Tina and Dina have been so helpful and supportive with a slight issue on my part. A big thanks to you both!!! Bought nine external lanterns/lights and start to finish had a very decent experience. Once I'd placed the order on their web I went back to request a quicker delivery as my appointed sparky was coming on Thursday, got immediate responses from two sales/front office employees (Tina & Dina) including FedEx next day delivery tracking code. The lights were good value for money as well. I know I will return in future for more lights. Keep up the good work!

Had a walllight start to malfunction after about 6months of limited use and so contacted National Lighting expecting all sorts of barriers and hoops to jump through. Couldn't have been more wrong, excellent customer service and new replacement fitting posted to me as soon as problem had been verified. Thanks Tina!

Two sets of lights delivered one set would not work due to faulty driver.Spoke to Tina and she arranged shipment of new driver which we got the next day lights now working customer service could not faulted D farrer

My “go to” company for lighting: great prices, great range, Excellent customer service - the lady who helped me, Tina, was superb. Sound product knowledge, suggesting alternatives to certain products (with relevant product numbers to hand) and went beyond service I’ve experienced with other companies. Tina also confirmed product dimensions with the manufacturer in one case. Shopping excellent. Packages all in tact on arrival. Can’t fault.

Unfortunately most of the lamps supplied have failed -9/13, but the customer service has been very friendly and efficient

We placed an order for Lighting Kit which was shipped next day. Unfortunately there was a technical problem with it and Tina Delaney from Customer Services immediately shipped a replacement. It was so good to deal with a real person. Would recommend highly.

First light fitting arrived damaged, the box was mangled. I emailed and sent pictures and they responded within 30 mins. Better still sent a replacement in 2 days which was perfect and were very pleasant and easy to deal with

Ordered some spotlights which were unfortunately not up to fire safety so had to return. 2 months later still awaiting a refund. Have been told I need to provide tracking number so they can check who signed for the parcel, after 2 months I no longer have the tracking number. The original form they sent me fornthe refund was inside the package so should have all the details on there. They have profited twice as they have had my money and had the products returned to them.

Exceptional service and value. I ordered a large quantity of exterior lights a while ago - they were competitively priced and delivered quickly. Having finally installed them I notice there was a small part missing from the manufacturer; I contacted Customer Services who were excellent - they found a replacement in the warehouse and posted the same day. Highly recommended and won't hesitate to use them again.

The Bathroom Crystal Ceiling Light and 2x matching Wall Lights are lovely, glitzy but tasteful ! A bit fiddly to put together and also to put in the Wall Light bulbs. They only need 1x bulb, not 2x, as plenty bright enough and give a great ambience. One of the many rectangular Crystals in the ceiling fixture had a hanging wire missing so my installer 'bodged it a bit'. It hangs a little higher than the rest but hardly shows as on the 'inner ring' and is surrounded by many more. It also gives a beautiful ambience to the Bathroom with a lovely ceiling reflection. These Endon fixtures are very well priced and the National Lighting Customer Service (Tina in particular) were really good about this and sorting out an additional Screw Pack as I had mislaid one tiny screw ! Would definitely use this company again. They have an amazing choice of Products AND it's so nice to get a helpful & friendly person at the end of a phone when you need assistance, something some other companies seem to lack these days.

My client had about 75 bulbs which failed, they were installed less than a year. I contacted NL with evidence and they gave a refund and were extremely helpful. Top service from this company!

I have now received my second lampshade as sadly for National Lighting, Fedex damaged the first one very badly in transit. However Tina at National Lighting quickly responded and sent me out a replacement within 48 hours. Great service and quality product to boot. Thank you

Based in N Ireland it has been difficult when ordering from the UK. This has been made more frustrating when the customer service received from the providers has been slow or non existent. This has definitely not been the case with National Lighting. There was an error by the courier which was dealt with straight away by Tina in customer services. Emails replied to promptly and even a call to make sure I got my order. It was impressive and refreshing. I will be ordering from National Lighting again.

Bought several undercupboard ligts and ceiling lights from National Lighting. All arrived resonably quickly and in good order. One of ceiling lights was unsuitable for what I needed (my error) and a refund was processed speedily without fuss on its return. Good communications throughtout. So far the products appear to be good quality.
