The worst customer service ever. I placed my order three weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery even though I paid a shipping fee. They use DHL services and this company did not follow instructions to deliver in their service point. Now the package is anywhere and no one is taking any action or giving me any support. Naissance customer service tells me that I have to solve it with DHL but, the point is that I can’t contact them and in fact I didn’t contract DHL services. Now I want my money back.
2 weeks waiting the order and I don't be sure for receiving it.

Replacement not received Initially the address info was incorrect, but I intimated the service team on the same day DHL reported that they send the package back to the shipper. I am still waiting to hear about a replacement package for the order placed. update: 12.12.2024 I am positive about the service team support now.

Articoli arrivati in breve tempo, il confezionamento poteva essere fatto con più cura, alcune boccette di vetro sbattevano l'una contro l'altra senza protezione, per fortuna non si è rotto niente.
Il 29/11/2024 ho acquistato prodotti fragili da Naissance (essenze in boccette di vetro). Il 9/12 u.s. suona a casa il corriere DHL con il pacco per me: essendo merce delicata, come mio diritto, chiedo di poter inserire la dicitura "PACCO INTEGRO, VERIFICA CONTENUTO DOPO L'APERTURA". Il corriere prima dice che può solo inserire Pacco Integro, poi dietro mia insistenza prova a dire che non ci stanno altre scritte nel palmare in suo possesso e, dulcis in fundo, quasi a tono di minaccia mi dice che se non ritiro il pacco allora me lo andrò a prendere presso la loro sede di Perugia; così dicendo si gira e se né va col mio pacco dicendo (e inserendo nel suo palmare?) che avevo rifiutato il pacco. Successivamente mi arriva msg sul cell e mail su PC dove DHL mi informa che, ADERENDO ALLA MIA RICHIESTA (bugia), il pacco sarà disponibile per il ritiro presso la loro sede. E' mai possibile che nel 2024 si possa negare i diritti ai consumatori che acquistano a distanza?
