I have returned the sheabutter because the packaging was broken. It was three weeks ago. Until now they have not given me back my money and they do not answer my mails any more. This is not a very confidend customer treatment. I am wondering now if and when I will get my money back.

Ich hatte bei meiner Bestellung die Adresse unvollständig angegeben; Stock und Türnummer fehlten. Was für den regulären Postzusteller kein Problem ist jedoch eines für die Wochenend-Aushilfskraft - das Päckchen ging also retour. Naissance schickte mir schnell und ohne Portokosten umgehend Ersatz...vielen Dank! Zur Ware kann ich (noch) nichts sagen - Päckchen ist eben erst angekommen.
