It was a pity that The range of products offered when I ordered this time was lower than the first time, as I remember it. I wanted to order some additional products but couldn’t find them.

Invoice was not sent alongside my order documentation, had to request it AGAIN as with my last order. This should be standard in the business. Merchants are obliged to issue an invoice. Why not automatically send it to customers? It can be set up easily within online store, I have one myself.
