J'ai commandé 3 huiles chez naissance et l'huile d'onagre que j'ai reçu sentait le poisson pourri ! J'ai signalé immédiatement le problème à Naissance car je souhaitait renvoyer l'huile défectueuse et ils m'ont répondu que le lot n'avait pas de problème et qu'ils étaient désolés que l'odeur ne soit pas à mon goût. Il y eu clairement un problème sur la bouteille et j'ai perdu 20€ car Naissance refuse de la reprendre. C'est juste lamentable et illégal ! Ils envoient des produits périmés ou mal conservés et ne les reprennent pas si vous leur signalez un problème. Service après vente irrespectueux, à Fuir !!!

Die Sendung kam schnell wie immer. Das Aloe-Algen Gel sorgt für eine angenehme Pflege und Spannung, z. B.der Gesichtshaut. Erfrischend auch an heißen Sommertagen wenn das Gel zuvor einige Minuten in den Kühlschrank gelegt wird.
I have used the products for several years now and have been satisfied. This delivery suddenly no longer had a best before date printed on it. I assumed there was an error and contacted support. They got in touch quickly, but the response was not positive. The products are now suitable for cosmetics and therefore the best before date no longer needs to be stated. The quality would be the same and a PAO symbol (Period After Opening Jar) would be printed. I wrote another email saying that I understand that from your side, but as a consumer I don't think it's good. The product remains the same as they write and it can age and deteriorate in exactly the same way. Now I don't know when that will be and how old the product actually is. And where the PAO symbol is printed as I can't find it. This email was no longer replied to. Not even when I asked again. Contact was broken. This was the last purchase for me.
