Joshua was very helpful. He was able to move my billing date and get the $23 charge credited back to me. He also mentioned to me to make sure to call back on May 1st if I want to cancel. I would say as an opportunity for him is to pay attention to what the customer is saying in the call. Early in the call I gave my full name but said I go by my middle name, Shawn. It wasn't a big deal, but he continued to call me Gary throughout the call. A great way to make sure your customers are listening to you is to really listen and hear what they are saying, and details are important. I worked over the phones for 20+ years. I found when you pay attention to those little things, it will go a long way with your customers, because it lets them know that you really care. However, thanks again for the help. I appreciate Joshua's hard work.
