Kept charging me despite calling to cxl. The last time I spoke to someone about not wanting to keep my “membership” (which I never used). Dude on the phone kept trying to sell me on more of their crappy service. It is a waste of time and money.

Hi I was told I’d be receiving a refund for my last bill of 34.95 and continue on with a 4.95 plan. However not surprisingly I have received the new bill with no refund
