Generally great ship times when shipping to southern Ontario, Canada. Usually ships within a week. But most recent order (4th time ordering) took over two weeks and USPS/Canada Post did not offer accurate tracking after it had crossed the US border.

Never a bad experience

My experience with my fragranceample.com over the last few years has been nothing short of excellence fast shipping high quality niche and designer decant and it's nice to know there's a place where you can get decans and try fragrances

My most expensive decant came opened and the 50% of the fragrance was lost. The person that made the decant, use a piece of paper rolled in the bottle to prevent de lid to get off. This was caused by this bad behavior. This is not good. Update: Received a reply to this review first instead an email but thats somerhing. Thanks for taking the time explaining and be kind enough to be able to help me with the issue. This is very appreciated. Update #2: Received my replacement super fast with no issues. Better wrapping and the fragrance was intact. And with no exception, other two fragrance samples were added too. Thanks for been able to help me with the issue.
