My fragrance sample arrived completely shattered. The glass vial was wrapped once around with a thin sheet of bubble wrap & mailed in a soft sided bubble mailer envelope. In comparison, I purchased samples from a different company & their glass vials were wrapped with ELEVEN layers of bubble wrap & they also lined the envelope with cardboard.
I was really happy with my shopping experience. Great communication, good packaging, and quick fulfillment for shipping. They will be my new go-to company for samples.
