Quick delivery great customer service when had issue excellent products
I brought a variety of products. All of excellent quality and well packaged. My only issue is that I have a GSD and some of the products were sized for small dogs. He swallowed them without realising he'd had them but other than that I'd recommend the products for pets.

It's that time again, my two terriers itched like mad. Our vet recommended products which we researched online and would definitely not use! (One terrier is very old, the young one is asthmatic). My itchy dog shampoo and skinny spray did the trick after two applications each. Definitely the healthier option. Many thanks.
Goods arrived on time and as expected. Thanks to another reviewer who explained that within a week, their dogs had adapted to the taste of the herbs, we were able to proceed confidently and, true enough, within the week our dogs were chomping through their food oblivious to the smell of herbs. Likewise with the intestinal parasite defense treats. One dog okay with the pre-walk spray, the other thinks he is being punished. Effect after a week in the forest: dogs, zero tics; husband, two (the tic tool worked just as well on him though!).
I was very sceptical but surprisingly this really works and is a natural choice when you don't want to use harsh chemicals on your animals. on line buying was simple and delivery was quick. Very happy customer.

I had been searching for natural remedies to use on my dog as this year she developed hot spots from long grass in fields and various bites from insects within it. Purchased this spray and have had no problems since and the dog is ok with it which is a first!
I have fed venison bone before, which have been wonderful, and given hours of pleasure to the dog, and was the genuine item. This one seemed to be pseudo, with a peculiar covering around the bone which the dog pulled off in minutes! The smell from the bone was awful. I would not buy this item again. I also think the company name is totally unsuitable.
As I try to feed my dog the best with minimum additives etc I was not too keen to put any chemicals on him. After reading the reviews I decided to give the above a go. He has now been taking Billy No mates for about five weeks and I am surprised to find he has not gotten any tics or fleas ( we are walking in woods every day). He scoffs his meal with this added with no problem. Would certainly recommend this to anyone who does not wish to put commercial flea/tick treatments on their pet.
It's too early yet to say if this product will work but I do have one comment. The spray bottle did not work efficiently so have had to decant the solution into another spray.
My dog had a terrible reaction to a product. Supposedly an investigation was carried out but as no other dog had apparently not had any reaction they said it was my dogs fault for being sensitive to product. Then to add insult to injury wouldn't even refund me cost as if used the product. Unbelievable. Would never use them again or recommend either.
We have an elderly and not overly well dog - using this service saved us from having to worm her `just in case` and meant an accurate, reliable, fast diagnostic test which gave us total peace of mind - and our dog a complete lack of mithering.
I have used this site twice now as I decided I wanted a more natural approach to worm and flea prevention. I found this site offered a good choice of products and good advice. I have used Billy No Mates flea prevention and also My Itchy Dog 4 seasons anti-parasitic tincture all year with great results. The delivery has been very quick and efficient. My dog was itching so bad it drove me mad. I ordered some soap shampoo and some spray and he still itches a little but to be honest I haven't been using it that long. Cheaper than the vets but I'm not saying don't take your animals to the vets because I did before using itchy dogs products but just give itchy dogs products a go
I found My Itchy Dog whilst looking for stag bones for our Airedale. I was pleased to read the story behind the company as our dog has a skin complaint and we watch what she has for treats. I found the fish treats and thought I'd give them a try - they went down a storm! Maggie will do anything for them. Service was excellent,would definitely be ordering again.
My products arrived quickly with no instructions. Despite several telephone calls number always on voice mail..messages never replied to. E mails never replied to either so quite impossible to use products or review. Not impressed.
