I have placed two orders with My Itchy Dog. The first was received quickly but unfortunately there was one item missing. I emailed the company and got a response within hours and they apologised and sent the missing item out asap. The second order was perfect! Excellent selection on their website with good information about the product. Good customer service and fast delivery.

I made a mistake with my online order and when I called them they couldn't have been more helpful and immediately rectified my mistake. If I had a dog I would be shopping with the company, 'My Itchy Dog' 100% I bought gifts for family and friends who need great advice!

Very please all round, very pleased with the products supplied. Delivery time very good and packaging very satisfactory. Cost was very competitive. Will definitely reorder when replacement required.

An email from My Itchy Dog is being kept as evidence that they are fully aware that the product description on my order was: "My Itchy Dog Neem & Coconut Shampoo and Conditioner" And that they hid the fact that it was conditioner only in the sizing info. They state that this has happened before and they are quite willing to rectify the matter for customers and refund their postage. But not for me because I have complained too much. They were asking me to pay approx. £8 in order to obtain a £9.99 product! (£4 to post it back to them and £4 for them to correct your mistake and post me the correct item.) Ridiculous. If there is a mistake with your order, do not expect this company to correct it unless you humble yourself, kowtow, grovel & plead with them.

The goods arrived on time, no problems, although the oil should come with a smell warning!

Great website and excellent products, only dropped a star as delivery is slow - 8 working days from order to despatch which is not really acceptable these days.

The product was clearly described. The ordering process was simple - I particularly liked being able to make a purchase 'as a guest' - and the product arrived well packaged and in good time. The dogs don't mind it in their food and I very much hope not to have to make use of chemicals again.
