When I first spoke to Harry, he was full of ideas and suggestions, but when we came to designing the space, he had very little to input and only followed what we suggested. The drawings, which had quite a few mistakes that we had to point out, turned out to be completely wrong in the end, because the heights had been miscalculated, so the available space was much smaller than we had been led to believe. We got the planning permission, but on the basis of faulty drawings, which the loft company has had to redraw, costing more money. We paid a lot for only the very basic drawings and even those were worthless. And it turns out that we didn't even need to go through planning permission, because lofts are permitted development. We were grossly misled and the results were disastrous. Honestly, do not bother.

These guys are amazing. Harry took time to video call me to talk through plans and ideas when I hadn't even committed to the project yet. Then Dani was incredibly helpful; helping me design an awesome new extension and guiding me through the whole process, including gaining planning permission. She always communicated what was going on, so I was never left in the dark. Both Harry and Dani were such lovely, kind people to work with! Would 100% recommend My-Architect to anybody.

Dani and the team at My-Architect were extremely helpful in providing their architecture, design and planning services. They were very responsive with our queries, and always provided useful and insightful information to best advise us, which was extremely welcomed seeing as this is our first project We also opted for their Scope of works package which will (hopefully) pair us with a professional and reliable construction company as well as using their contact at Westshore engineering to provide us our building regulations drawings. Both of these services have also been great Now that we have received planning permission approval, we look forward to seeing the project really coming alive. We would not hesitate to work again with them in the future

We worked with Dani and Harry to design a side return kitchen- diner extension. From the initial emails and calls, Harry and his team were always helpful, quick to respond and Dani designed a great solution for our extension which has just gained planning approval. They are great to work with and made what feels a daunting process, easy to navigate.

From the start of project all the way through to the end Dani and Harry have been absolutely fantastic to work with. We interviewed a number of architectural firms to help us with our first home extension and no one left quite the same impression. They are both communicative and thorough. Not only did we feel supported and informed through the whole process but they also were able to suggest creative designs that we otherwise wouldn't have thought of. Lastly, they also successfully helped us attain planning approval on a locally listed property in a conservation area on our first go - a huge win! Whether you've done this before or it is your first time, I can highly recommend My Architect to take the stress out of your next house project. Harry and his team have been immensely helpful with getting a mid-terrace ground floor extension and loft conversion off the ground. They have carefully listened to my requirements, advised at the design stage, produced the necessary drawings and got them through planning. I can highly recommend their tendering service where they produce a scope of works and tender the project to their network of trusted contractors. You meet the contractors in person and choose the one you liked most or suggest someone from your own network. My Architect have gone the extra mile in supporting me on resolving unexpected legal matters that came up during the project, leveraging their extensive network to assist as best their could. Without a doubt, had it not been for My Architect I would have had many sleepless nights worrying how to how to tackle the issues at hand.
