Dani and the team were exceptional. From the creative ideas, the patience in putting together the drawings and re-drafting when needed, to the support and advice all along the process; everything was of the highest quality. The project was slightly more difficult since we could not be present for large chunks of it, but Dani collaborated so well remotely that it really didn't make a difference. She was a true partner all along the process and we couldn't have asked for a better one!

Very proactive and thoughtful yet straightforward. Emily was brilliant to work with and helped us consider different options for our project goal. One area for improvement would be the way the service is productised into different tiers, which is slightly over engineered and inflexible. Other than that, would highly recommend.

We found My Architect after asking for recommendations on a local WhatsApp group. I can confidently say that we hit the jackpot with them! After a meeting with Harry, he put Dani on our project and she has been a superstar! She listened to our wants and needs and designed a fabulous new loft and kitchen extension. Dani came up with a few initial designs and explained our options to fit within our budget. Dani also delt with our planning application. It couldn't have been any easier! Dani delt with all the planning officers questions and explained to us what they wanted us to change. Dani was able to tweak the design in order to satisfy planning and actually improve our layout. We then used their tender service where we were set up with 5 different builders to quote us on our project. My Architects tender service is fantastic, it allowed us to go through all the details of the build so that we had a comprehensive quote with no nasty suprises. I have always been a bit wary of builders but the builders we ended up choosing have been amazing. It's credit to My Architect for having a brilliant network of trades and I would trust anyone they recommend. Dani is available for any queries and support, which is amazing - especially if this it the first time you are doing an extension. Honestly, if you are looking for a full service on your project from start to finish My Architect is the company to use! I could not recommend them highly enough. We engaged with My architect in late 2020 to design a complete renovation of our house, a double story side extension and loft conversation. Harry and Dani initiated the plans and Dani took the lead for all re-designs and changes we wanted. She also submitted all our applications to the council and helped us challenge some of the changes they requested so that we could get the plans we wanted approved. She followed up with the council many times when there were delays on their side and she was professional and patient when dealing with them. Nothing was too much to ask when we needed to have another meeting or discuss changes to the design. Dani also introduced us to our building contractors, 3Build who were also faultless and delivered the full renovation on time and on budget by December 2023. Dani visited us many times before the renovation took place and throughout the build itself, so she was there to see the house transform from the dream design on paper to a full reality. We would highly recommend Dani and Harry and the My Architect team to anyone considering undertaking a home re-design. They are a joy to work with.

We used my-architect for our extension and renovation project, and they were fantastic throughout. We worked with Dani, and we were able to design our project with her in real time. We started with the current building and literally were able to draw the project with her, making suggestions and changes along the way. Dani was obviously passionate about her job and she was really excited for our project. She was able to offer ideas and solutions, and we were really pleased with the drawings we ended up with. My-architect managed the whole process through getting planning permission which we received on the first application. One of the best things about working with them was the matchmaking process when it came to finding a builder. I used My-Architect for architectural design and assistance with the tendering process for builders. It’s a fairly large project (for me, at least!) , for a 1920s house in West Norwood, with a ground and first floor side extension, ground floor rear extension, and also into the loft, as well as internal remodelling and a complete renovation. I can’t fault the help from Hristo, who drew up a design that works for me, as well as being practical and, importantly, considering the planning application and how the council was likely to respond. He proactively engaged in the planning process, meaning that the one change that the council needed could be dealt with quickly and didn’t hold up the process at all. As someone who has not carried out a project like this, the help selecting a builder was invaluable. Thinking about the process now, I think that without this assistance I could have made some pretty serious mistakes. I genuinely recommend these guys. Hristo was professional, friendly and proactive, and I both enjoyed the process as well as learning a lot. :) I'd now like to edit this review. Part of the deal was that if you choose one of the builders on their short list, they provide support during the project. I didn't, and therefore didn't expect support. When I then asked for some help I received what was a not very helpful e-mail and alienated me as a customer from a firm that I had been very happy with. Having edited this review, with details of the communication (not from Hristo, I must add) I entered into e-mail communication with My-Architect. I have since spoken to Harry. He accepted that the tone of the e-mail was not what his firm should send and was apologetic. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to call and talk to me and I wish him the best in the future.

We worked directly with Hristo at My-Architect and for first time house renovators we could not be in better hands. Hristo was considerate and meticulous with his advice and with our expectations of the project. We felt as if we had someone we could trust with a project so dear to us, our project was our home and not a commercial prospect and he gave us all the time and space we needed to craft our ideal space. At no point did I feel as if anything was 'too much' or that we were being too indecisive or taking too long. We aren't quite in our dream home yet, but when we are there is no doubt we will entrust Hristo to lead and guide our project.

Harry and Dani have helped me to renovate my garden flat. They were fantastically helpful at guiding me through the process, stage by stage. Dani drew up plans for the renovation that completely fitted the brief. We had really useful design sessions during which Dani was really friendly and really good. She was open to suggestions of mine and helped me to see other elegant design options that improved the layout tremendously. My Architect then helped link me to a selection of really good contractors to offer a range of quotes. This was such an invaluable part of the process as i would really not know where to start without their help. And i felt supported and encouraged all the way through. Any queries i had, Dani and Harry were always at the end of the phone to help out. As i say, these guys are fantastic and if i were to do building works again, i would want to make sure My Architect were onboard to help me.
