My daughter was in a lot of discomfort so I paid for express delivery which is 1 to 3 days , I discounted the first day after delivery because it was a bank holiday unfortunately it still took 4 days to arrive but the product was excellent & when I emailed the company they got back to me very quickly
Great service and great nappies! Used with newborn and very little mishaps or leaks! Very absorbent for such a nice, not bulky nappy
I really like this product. My 1 year old daughter and 4 year old son were getting sore dry faces from being out in the very cold weather - lock down walks in the salty sea air and about, wind tears and drool are not kind to baby skin. Vaseline or similar would probably do the same job but is very greasy and doesn't feel as pleasant on the skin. Easy to apply, smells nice and my children (generally) don't object to my applying it (although they are small children and as such very unpredictable beings so it's not always an easy job!) I would recommend this, and I just keep it in my rucksack or coat pocket so that it's easy to remember.
I have had a terrible time trying to chase my order, emailed them several times. They keep telling me its the courier fault, which I don’t believe. When I ask for a refund on 2 occasions they quickly reply and say they have already posted it out (which I don’t understand how they can do at 9pm at night) and still haven’t received my order to this date. Please give my money back! A very very unhappy customer.
Excellent product. When my.usual brand were out of stock of bamboo wipes I googled to find elsewhere. I found Mum &.You. They were actually a little cheaper but have slightly less wipes in each pack but every bit as good and are actually easier to get out of the pack. Think I will be sticking with them!

Have been using mum&you since my daughter was a few months old and super happy! Easy, simple and colorful!
We have a subscription on both nappies and wipes which is convenient, takes one thing off our minds and saves money. Nappies are so soft, no leaks or nappy rash for us and the wipes are lovely too, they don’t smell funny like other biodegradable wipes. We’re also using the bedtime bubbles, wash and face that day stick which are all brilliant and leave the little one smelling lovely
Love the products. The face the day stick is a firm favourite in our house certainly during the winter months. The just a minute mask is perfect for busy mums too.
Amazing wipes compared to other brands we have found these the best and nice to know they are biodegradable.
I can't do without the face the day stick - it's amazing, but this time I got a few bits in these sale and I'm actually presently surprised at the quality of the nappies particularly! The head to toe wash is lovely too, and I'm enjoying the body scrub for myself. Absolutely recommend.

Swift delivery and excellent product
These nappies are fantastic and the service and delivery time were excellent, but sadly the box they arrived in was falling apart with the nappies almost falling out. Just needed to be taped up better as there was just one short piece of parcel tape holding the top down and it had come away from the box.
