So pleased we took a chance with this balm. Its made a huge difference to my sons skin where from teething and the cold weather skin was becoming red and dry. After a week or so weve had no problems with his sore skin and will continue using!
Excellent service. I can always talk to a real person when I need to, if I email they reply super fast and they always act on whatever I need to do - pause a subscription, change a delivery etc. - immediately and without any fuss.

Don't really get the point of production with these. It takes one step to be eco-friendly but still makes unnecessary use of plastic for the outer wrapper. It'd be far better to spend time endorsing reusable wipes, and providing packs of disposable wipes only for the occasional use, and making sure every aspect of them and their packaging are biodegradable.

The face cream has really help sort out my sons dribble rash
I am a repeat customer of M&Y products and needless to say, I will keep coming back. I recently bought the face the day stick which has been a lifesaver for my baby’s face. It was getting red and irritated from her dribbling. It’s a little expensive but luckily I got it on sale. Love all their stuff.

I have been ordering nappies from Mum & You since my now 2 year-old was very small and I only wish I had known about them with my first two children! Over that period I have had a few unusual requests for changes to my subscription, and every time I have received a very quick reply with a clear and flexible solution. Odd I've been asked to review when I have not received my items 2 weeks after payment taken including payment for Express delivery. Is this a joke?
My son had a dribble rash under his chin and has had redness on his cheeks since he was just a few months old. At 12 months old this has finally cleared and I’m convinced that the face the day stick was the remedy for this! I can’t recommend it enough. A must for all parents with young children!!
We have previously had good experiences with Mum and You, but unfortunately our most recent purchase was very poor. We ordered nappies to be delivered to a new address (due to a family bubble) and when I placed the order it auto filled the address incorrectly. I immediately got in touch, but even so, the nappies took 9 days to arrive and only because I followed up several times. I feel they need to invest more in support staff and ensure things are properly followed up on. We didn’t even get an apology for the delay.
We love the pull up nappies and baby wipe subscription it save me remembering nappies and is good for tge environment. My little on loves them and there comfy with no leakages.
