It appears that the cleanser does not contain any of the active ingredients listed as required for use. I have tried it several times and even shaken it. It is odorless and also tasteless ! I tried it because I suspected that I had bought water with cellulose! Some time ago the store was supposed to be trustworthy. Paid express shipping fees to get my order in 2 days, because I was in a hurry and I mentioned it on my order. When came day 2, my order hadn’t even been shipped yet. I contacted support and they handled it immediately and very well, I had my order with me the next day. I only worry what would have happened if I hadn’t (hence the 4 and not 5 stars).
