Terrible customer service. I have been a customer for 5 years and suddenly they refuse to complete my order just because I changed my address as if it was a crime. The phone lines are not answering, chat is service is rude, they hang up and they don't provide any useful information. EDIT: All my canceled orders complied with your Terms and Conditions. If you expect people to live under one address all their life, maybe you should get a time machine and take your business to the 19th century. To be fair with customers, you should put all your requirements in Terms and Conditions or at least FAQ. Your practices are illegal, and I will prove it to you in court if necessary.

Der beste Öl,Farben und Grafittientferner den ich kenne, durch die zähflüssige Konsistenz ist er perfekt um ihn gezielt aufzutragen und er löst die Farben und Ölflecken restlos auf. Gerade für die eigene Werkstatt Zuhause ideal. Bei der benötigten Menge habe ich mich zuerst etwas verschätzt und viel zu viel vom Produkt benutzt so das ich bald wieder bestellen werde.

La livraison a été très rapide mais malheureusement les frais de port sont exorbitants quasiment 50 € pour une bouteille de 250 ml! J'avais déjà acheté ce produit mais je pense qu'il a changé de formule entre temps car il n'a plus le même effet....
