Excellent service and well worth the money. Children are always excited to go back.

My children have been to a couple of the camps and something has gone wrong every time. The first time I sent them, my youngest was left unchanged for the entire day leaving him with severe nappy rash that required treatment by a doctor and has left him with scars. Currently we are in dispute as they refuse to return some expensive coats (despite promises that they are being couriered) and are now ignoring my emails. I have been left with a sour taste after the lack of response to issues when they arise.

used multi active services 5 days a week nearly all summer this year in kings Langley school Hertfordshire. What an excellent team of young women running the show. My children loved it, they made a few friends from different age groups too. It was an absolute joy for myself and my wife to see our fit and healthy children after a summer of playing every day. When you find a place that your children love - it gives you so much peace to be able to leave them. Every day the children couldn't wait to go to The Den (Biggleswade) and I will definitely be booking in the future. Molly and the Team at the Welwyn Garden City Camp are just awesome. Great range of activities, no matter the weather/season! My daughter thoroughly enjoys going there, and being crazily busy working parents we get the security that she is somewhere she loves. The customer service is second to none, especially compared to larger, more expensive providers.

My son attended the bishops stortford camp on tuesday 3rd august. He absolutely loved it! Kirsty provided some amazing activities for them and jade was super helpful and quick to reply to my needy mum messages checking on him theoughout the day. He will definitely be returning and hope to ses the same staff again.

My daughter went to the St Neots camp, WOW what amazing staff. This was extremely well organised. Jade has been wonderful and really welcoming. She greets us with a smile which makes me relaxed to leave my daughter in her hands. My daughter was in Jordan’s bubble and had a great day doing all different activities, she also loved the picnic outside. She has already asked me if she can go back next school holiday because she enjoyed herself so much. She will definitely be returning. A1 camp with A1 staff and organisation.

My son enjoyed his time with staff at multi- active sessions. This was great to keep him active and good for his mental health. My son is autistic and found staff helpful. I would send him again in future.

The whole team did an amazing job both of my children loved it and have asked to go back! Thank you!

My girls love multi active. We have been using our local centre for a year now and it’s fantastic. The play workers get to know every child and become their friends. I know they are well looked after, safe and having such a fun time while I’m working. I couldn’t ask for more and for such an affordable price! Also if you’re a family who receive universal credit, multi active are ofsted registered so you can claim up to 80% of childcare fees back, which really really helps given current economic situations. Great Holiday club - my 3 daughters aged between 6 and 10 attend in the school holidays so I can work. All three enjoy the activities, have lots of fun and make friends. I would highly recommend this provider for working parents- the children love it!

Yesterday was the first time that my three children attended Multi-Active and they all loved it. They were welcomed by a lovely man who spoke to them which made them feel valued and important. They all came out at the end of the day with lots to say. We will definitely be going again. Happy kids and happy parents. First time using multi active for holiday club and I found the team to be super accommodating, helping my son settle in. Lisa and team were very quick I’m responding to emails and understanding in trying to allocate spaces in last minute. My son was anxious at first but quickly felt at ease and wanted to attend extra days. He was also able to make new friends each day. I would not hesitate to recommend Multi- active they really seem to understand the needs of both parents and children.

as a former employee at multi active, I can personally say that no other holiday camp compares to MA! From games to education multi active have it all, as well as caring and qualified individuals in place as their activity instructors. Your children will feel safe and ultimately have an amazing time when enrolled into multi active holiday camps.

Been working for Multi Active for a while now, Great support network, great team, children always have a great time, parents feel safe to leave their children with us. Loads of events and activities though the half terms. Would recommend it to anyone who has children 👍

Really good place to go very nice staff. Very good activities!! Including superhero days, science days, secret agent days and pirate days really nice environment and happy place to be!!
