My kids attended the Royston half term club and they loved it. The staff made a point of knowing the kids and they had loads of fun activities to do. My daughter got a bump by her brother and it was handled properly with the incident form explained to me before I signed it. Online booking is simple and communication as to what is needed is clear ahead of time. I will definitely make use of the club again.

My son has been attending multi-active holiday club in Harlow for the last 6 years. The staff running the club have always been fabulous, helpful, honest and above all caring. He enjoys everyday that’s he is booked in for and I never have issues with him wanting to go which makes going to work easier for us, I will be sad when he goes off to senior school and won’t need to go anymore. Really lovely club, staff are always friendly the location is ideal, with a sport hall for running about in, so bad weather doesn't impact getting active. All activities have been fun and a mix of craft, forest school. Ideal for my 5 and 8 year old.

We use multi active regularly during school holidays and my daughter loves it. The staff are really supportive, and the activities well thought out. We have tried other holiday camps but this is by far the best!

My daughter attended the Multi-Active in Royston and absolutely loved it. She did lots of playing and drawing the staff member at the desk gave good feedback on how she had been for the couple of days she was there. Will definitely be using again.

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I booked 2 days half term care for my children a week before the date I needed it. The day after I booked,my shifts at work were cancelled and were my last shifts of that current job. I contacted Hannah and Kevin to cancel and requested a refund, I was told due to it not being within the 14 day cancellation period I could not have a refund and offered a credit note. My booking was never in the 14 day period as I booked 7 days before and a credit note was of no use as I start a new job with no need for child care all of which was explained to both of them. They refused to acknowledge any of this and do the right thing I even asked for a partial refund to which they replied no. So not only was I out of pocket for the booking I never used I was out of pocket my shifts from work. The whole time I dealt with Kevin he was unhelpful, rude and dismissive. This company is greedy and ruthless and has a lack of human compassion and decency. I wish I could of written a positive review at how well they handled this matter and that I would happily recommend them- sadly this is not the case. I would never recommend them!!! A weak reply Kevin if you want change in this area then be the change you want to see. Your a private company you have the last say.

My two sons 10 and 7 regularly attend multi active Biggleswade during term time and Sandy during holidays. The boys felt happy and well cared for. They particularly loved the fact it was sports based, allowing them to experience activities they might not have before ie archery, nerf wars along with mixing with peers and making nee friends. All round great experience.

My girls had a great time in the six weeks holiday and couldn’t stop talking about all the fun things they got up to . Definitely will be booking them in again . Thanks multi active see you again soon . Staff were great and very helpful .

Awful experience. Tried to book 2 children of different age groups, you can't online so had to call the office. Bad customer service, had to chase them to invoice me. Childcare site was undergoing building works and not suitable for care. Got a call from manager at lunchtime to ask for kids to be collected early as a fence blew down. Second day, the car park was being re-surfaced so couldn't find drop off point, no signs had to drive around looking for entrance including walking across a field to get there- nightmare. and The staff were all very young, and not overly helpful. Called one day to check on my child and told "HE'S fine"... she is a girl. Would not leave my kids here again. Premier Education is much better, easy to book & great staff. To top it all off I've been waiting a month now for a refund, calls & emails to office ignored and now been told Director is off so I just have to wait. AVOID!

I used the service during Easter holidays. My son loved it. Paid from 8am -5.30pm. I decided to use for one day during May half term. Paid until 5.30pm but when I got there at 5.15pm he was standing in reception with his bag on his back waiting for me. On other occasions he had been in hall still playing with staff. This occasion it seems they could wait to get rid. Not what I paid for. Not happy with staff at all.

The company charged me the full ammount, because my kids didn't attend. They both got covid in that day. They shoukd be less strict during pandemic not charge me for that.

Our second time using Multi-Active, our son loves it and the longer time slots allow us to continue working over school holidays. I recommend using them and will do so again myself.

After trying numerous childcare providers who weren’t suitable, I booked M-A last minute due to grandparents getting covid and unable to help us out. It was easy to book online and a SEN form was sent to me immediately, which was sent to the Abbott’s Langley team, I asked for a pre visit, to discuss which was no problem and they had received the form and were fully aware. Our son absolutely loved his two days, he didn’t want to come home he was tired and filthy, so I knew he had been busy doing lots of fun stuff. Our son struggles with activities that involve joining in with other children but they supported him really well, there was an incident where he fell out with another boy over a toy, which was inevitable but I was made fully aware and the situation wasn’t allowed to escalate, to the point where our son lashes out in frustration. Highly recommend and we will definitely be booking for May.

This was my son's first time and he came back after having a thoroughly great time. I however wasn't impressed with pick-up. It was very chaotic. I was asked who I was collecting but at no point was I asked for my name or the password. I could basically have been anyone!

I found this to be really difficult to book - the web site was confusing because not all the sites were actually available to book at this time - it was very unclear. I kept leaving messages on the admin phone and it was a while when they got back to me - also l needed a code to book and this was to be obtained from my daughters School - but they had no knowledge of this code. I did persevere - luckily l had the time to do this and l am glad l did - My daughter went to the Saffron Walden multi-Active and absolutely loved it.

Excellent my son loved it and friendly staff.
